Amicalola Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Located within Amicalola Falls State Park near Blue Ridge, the falls drop 729 feet in seven cascades. Amicalola is the tallest cascading waterfall in the Southeast.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Anna Ruby Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Located in the Chattahoochee National Forest, Anna Ruby Falls features twin waterfalls created by two creeks. The Curtis Creek falls drop 153 feet, and York Creek falls drop 50 feet. The falls become Smith Creek, which flows into Smith Lake \u2013 part of Unicoi State Park.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

DeSoto Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A quick hike through the DeSoto Falls Recreation Area takes you to two beautiful waterfalls. Trout fishing and camping are popular in the area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Dukes Creek Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Follow a 0.3-mile trail as it winds its way into Dukes Creek Gorge and dead-ends across from the 300-foot Dukes Creek Falls. The Dukes Creek Falls Recreation Area is located on the Russell-Brasstown National Scenic Highway.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Falls Branch Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Located near Blue Ridge in the Citico Creek Wilderness Area of the Cherokee National Forest, Falls Branch Falls is a 70-foot double waterfall with mountain laurel and rhododendron growing along the trail and creek bank. The hike to the falls is about 30 minutes round-trip, and the trailhead is located just off the Cherohala Skyway.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Helton Creek Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are two waterfalls on Helton Creek near Blairsville<\/a>. The trail to the falls is an easy 0.2-mile hike. A short trail descends to the first fall and then climbs to the second larger fall.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

High Shoals Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Five waterfalls are located in the 170-acre High Shoals Scenic Area. These falls have an estimated total vertical drop of 300 feet. The High Shoals Trail follows along High Shoals Creek to observation decks beside two of the five streams.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Jacks River Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once an old logging railway, Jacks River Trail is in the Cohutta Wilderness Area and follows along Jacks River. The trail stretches over 16 miles. Once you\u2019ve traveled 9 miles downstream from the Dally Gap trailhead, you\u2019ll come across the stunning waterfall at Jacks River Falls \u2013 the most-visited site in the Cohuttas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Long Creek Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Long Creek Falls near Blue Ridge, GA is the most popular waterfall in Fannin County. Along the combined Appalachian, Benton MacKaye, and Duncan Ridge trails beginning at Three Forks, Long Creek Falls Trail is a nearly 2-mile round-trip hike that leads to spectacular Long Creek Falls.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Raven Cliffs Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Located in the Raven Cliffs Wilderness Area in Helen, the trail to Raven Cliffs Falls is 2.5 miles. The trail follows cascading Dodd Creek upstream to the cliffs. Use extreme caution.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sea Creek Falls<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
